Skills like active listening, engaging in meaningful dialogue, and moving beyond binary thinking to maintain healthy relationships across differences are highlighted.

  • With the rise in antisemitism, workplaces need to oppose these prejudices and foster Jewish cultural understanding actively. In this session, you'll learn to recognize various forms of antisemitism and challenge biases and misconceptions about the Jewish community. You'll be equipped with interpersonal and organizational strategies to create an inclusive and supportive environment where Jewish team members feel valued and respected.

  • Despite the widespread practice of Islam, anti-Muslim sentiments and experiences of Islamophobia are constant in many workplaces. This session provides insights into recognizing and addressing anti-Muslim biases and stereotypes. You'll be equipped with interpersonal and organizational strategies to create an inclusive and supportive environment where Muslim team members feel valued and respected.
